About me
I am a clinical psychologist with an experience working with Hungarian and foreign adolescents and adults in clinical settings, university counselling center and private practice. I work with a spectrum of difficulties, ranging from stress, anxiety, sleeping problems and depression to personality disorders, eating disorders, self-harm, interpersonal difficulties, self-esteem issues, anger, post-traumatic stress disorder and abuse.I use an eclectic approach to treatment to suit the individual needs of patients in terms of their goals and readiness to address their difficulties. In my therapeutic approach, I draw elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.Alongside working in private practice, I am currently employed as an assistant lecturer at the University of Sopron.
